Our founder, Ben Schoeman, is a seasoned private equity investor and accomplished entrepreneur with a proven track record of significant business expansion. He successfully scaled two ventures, one by 150X and another by 40X, gaining invaluable insights into the challenges of rapid growth. These experiences taught Ben the importance of balancing ambition with sustainable practices and personal fulfillment.

As a result, we offer executive mentorship and coaching grounded in extensive formal training and real-world experience. Our senior consultants are certified 10X Scale-up experts, utilizing proprietary methodologies and neuroscience-backed techniques to unlock high performance and lasting success.
